Love the picture of Atlanta! You are a good blogger and try to do it once in a while. It is hard to write a lot. I feel the same when I'm working out. I never have enough time to do all I want to do after work. Cooking takes time so cereal dinner is common. About the weight not coming off it is normal because basically we are only burning enough calories to maintain the weight. I always heard that the first month at the gym u gain weight bc u tend to eat more. Not on purposes but the body asks for more food. It gets worse as you get older. My metabolism started to slow down at 25. Now at 30, I'm complaining because 4 hours of cardio a week (spinning & Zumba) are not enough to lose even 1 pound. I need to stop eating carbs but it is so hard to do that :( my legs are stronger but my pants are still tight. Dont be so hard on yourself for the things you are not doing. Just be happy for the progress on the things that you are doing right like your climbing.
